I’m sitting in a grad class at my alma materand feeling somewhat left out. I sat in on an interesting presentation that applies to my job as a science writer at the university, and now I’m sitting through the rest of class so that I can give my wife a ride home.
This is a flashback for me. Most of my graduate education happened in this very room and with these very professors. Yet because I’m not in the class, I don’t really have leave to comment on what some of these grad students are saying.
Just makes me a bit nostalgic for school, I guess.
